Detailed itinerary

DAY 1: ARRIVE HANOI CITY

When you arrive, our local driver will meet you and take you to your hotel so you can check-in. After your lengthy travel, you have free time to recuperate. Hanoi accommodations Reminder: The hotel's check-in time is 2 PM. Early check-in may be possible with a surcharge.

DAY 2: HOA LU – TAM COC RICE FIELD – BICYCLE (B, L)

After breakfast, at 8 a.m. or 8.30 a.m., a tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter and transport you to Ninh Binh.  You will arrive in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu from 10:00 to 11:00. On the site of the former royal palace in Hoa Lu, two temples have since been erected, one honoring King Dinh Tien Hoang and the other King Le Dai Hanh. A chance to learn more about some feudal dynasties and historical eras in Vietnamese history is provided by the visit. 12:00: Today you will partake in a buffet lunch at a neighborhood eatery in Tam Coc. 1:30 pm: At Tam Coc Harbour, you'll board a rowing boat after finishing your lunch. The boat is arranged by locals and is rowed using both hands and legs. You will travel by boat to three spectacular caves, passing countless limestones along the way. In around two hours, the boat rowing will begin. You have the opportunity to learn about the customs of the locals by observing how they live their daily lives, in addition to taking in the tranquil landscape of the mountains, rice paddies, and temples. After the boat journey, take a leisurely bicycle ride through the countryside. Leave Tam Coc around 4:00 pm and return to Hanoi by car. Arrive in Hanoi at 6:30 o'clock. Finish the fantastic full-day excursion at your Hanoi hotel.

DAY 3: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B, L, D)

If you want to see how the people of Hanoi get up and shine in the morning, get up early and rush to a lake near your hotel to take part in an exciting scene of hundreds of locals who are intensely focused on their daily Tai Chi Quan, running, martial arts, classical dance, and other exercises. Following breakfast at the hotel, we will take a shuttle bus to Halong Bay, which UNESCO has recognized as a Natural World Heritage site since 1994 and 2006, to check into our overnight boat. When you get to Halong, sign up for an overnight cruise to explore the breathtaking splendor of the "Descending-dragon" Bay, which was formed by hundreds of oddly shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. Following a meal on board, we can visit the Grottos, make a stop for swimming or kayaking, pass by floating homes, and approach islets to take in their beauty up close. Enjoy a cookery demonstration before dinner when you return to the ship. Attend boat activities in the evening, or simply unwind. Note: the program may vary slightly depending on the final confirmed cruise

DAY 4: HALONG BAY – HANOI – FLIGHT TO DANANG – HOI AN (B/ BRUNCH/-)

You might be able to predict how amazing it is to witness the sunrise over the islets of the Bay since the Vietnamese refer to the "South China Sea" by the point-oriented moniker "Eastern Sea." The boat will take us to some beautiful regions where practically every islet has its name, based on its shape or resemblance, such as the Fisherman's Head, Turtle, Sail, Incense Burner Rock, adorable Sea Dog Rock, or Cock Fighting Rocks, etc. Disembark and take a shuttle bus back to Hanoi at midday. Pick you up en route to the airport in Noi Bai for your connecting flight to Da Nang. When you arrive at the airport, the local driver will greet you and take you to your hotel in Hoian. Hoian, spend the night.

DAY 5: HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN (B/-/-)

This morning is dedicated to exploring the ancient town of Hoi An. By crossing the tile-roofed Japanese Bridge, stopping by the reticent Chinese Assembly Halls and Trading Houses, pagodas, and market by the Thu Bon River, you may experience the same emotions as the artists who view Hoi An's allure as a magical, ethereal place with an Oriental feel and a source of inspiration. In the late afternoon, at leisure. In addition, this is a great town for shopping for raw silk, soft silk, and lanterns. You can also get your garments customized here in a day. Our extra boat journey to a small pottery town in the Thu Bon River is available in the late afternoon. Dinner is on your own schedule. Hoian, spend the night.

DAY 6: HOI AN – DA NANG – HUE (B/-/-)

After breakfast at your hotel, we will check out and depart to Hue by shuttle bus.  Hue is distinguished by the oldest royal architectural creations and the most traditional Vietnamese way of life and is designated by UNESCO as the first Cultural World Heritage for Vietnam. The Royal Citadel, Forbidden City, and Hue Royal Museum will let us understand the attractiveness of the city. Continue your journey along the Perfume River to the town of Phu Mong to see the Thien Mu Pagoda. Stay the night in Hue.

DAY 7: HUE – HO CHI MINH (B/L/-)

Breakfast at the hotel. Rest until the time of transfer to the airport to take the morning flight to Ho Chi Minh.   Welcome at Tan Son Nhat airport; transfer to hotel for luggage drop-off. The Reunification Palace is where the city tour kicks off. This enormous structure is presently used as a museum and a reception area for official visitors. The colonial-style Notre Dame Cathedral, which was constructed between 1877 and 1883 and is one of the city's top attractions, and the Central Post Office are both located close to the Palace. Lunch at a neighborhood eatery. Ho Chi Minh overnight.

DAY 8: HO CHI MINH – FREE AT LEISURE (B/-/-)

Breakfast at your hotel. Saigon's downtown offers a wide variety of traditional oriental goods, unlike other Vietnamese towns where you must frequently go from one location to another to select your favorite items. Therefore, this is your own day to stroll and shop. Sleep in Ho Chi Minh City.
